Reservations: All services at EXP are by appointment only. We heavily advise our guests to book in advance as our schedules fill quickly. Credit Card information is required to confirm booking, If you would like to make appointments for multiple services or people we encourage you to call the salon to schedule with our receptionist.
Cancelations: You are required to give the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice. If services are canceled within 24 hours you may be charged a 50% cancelation fee. No Shows will be charged 100%. Please call the salon at (585)243-3890 for all cancelations. |
